1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MailPilot (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use MailPilot lawfully, for its intended purpose, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service or other users.

3. Accounts

If the Service requires an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, its content, and branding are owned by the operator. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service as provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
